PUBLICATION DESIGN - OP ART OF THE 1960’S
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Editorial Design & Historical Research
Wayne State University
Completed as part of a Graphic Design History course at Wayne State University, this project involved an in-depth exploration of a significant topic within the field of graphic design history. The latter half of the semester was dedicated to extensive research, culminating in the creation of a comprehensive printed book and supporting presentation.
This project allowed me to apply and refine principles of typography, editorial layout, and content organization within a long-form format. It also deepened my understanding of design's historical evolution and the cultural forces that shape visual communication.
By integrating rigorous research with thoughtful design execution, this work demonstrates both academic insight and typographic craftsmanship.
